Tuesday 6 mile run
Wednesday 6 mile run-national running day celebration
Also had field day at school and was running around the whole day
Thursday biked for 2 hours
Friday 6 mile run
Saturday traveled to charleston so i wasnt able to run but walked around the beach a bit
Sunday 7 mile run accross the cooper river bridge in charleston really amazing views
Monday 4 mile run on the beach kiowa island with swimming in the ocean 
Cool! You actually swam in the ocean? Was it cold? The beach looks nice!
