May 27 training

Tuesday 2 hour bike
Wednesday 6 miles
Thursday 6 miles
Friday 2.5 hour bike
Saturday 14.5 1:50 run

legs felt pretty tired from the patriot half, hence the amount of biking long run on Saturday felt okay until I got a bit dehydrated need to start carrying a water bottle now that it's getting warmer
